The B-Certify Process:
When you chose to work with our team, you will receive a hands-on approach addressing your current structure and processes. Once we walk through your current practices and operations, we develop a strategy to implement the necessary steps to affect the required organizational changes.
Discovery – Our team examines your current organizational practices to understand your business inside and out. In these meetings, we identify your business goals, areas where you would like to improve and learn why a B-Corp Certification is right for your business.
Strategy Development – Our team develops a customized strategy for your business.
Findings – Our team reports our findings and proposal for organizational changes to your leadership.
Implementation – Our team works closely with leadership in your organization to implement the necessary changes.
Apply – Once the necessary organizational changes have been completed, our team will work with your leadership to pull together the formal application to submit and track on your behalf.
Management – For clients who chose to retain our management services, we meet with your leadership every six months to ensure everything with your certification is up to date, you are making the necessary improvements outlined in your improvement matrix, and assist with the recertification process.
