What is a Certified BCorp?
A Certified BCorporation is a for profit business with at least two years of recordable business who has completed the B Impact Assessment through the organization known as BLab. BLab began in the USA in 2006 with a new type of stakeholder-driven model at its core, and is most well known for administering their ESG “umbrella” certification.

B-Certify provides hands-on consulting for your BCorp Certification. No matter your experience or knowledge in your sustainability journey, we will meet you there from start to finish. Other services include administrative Document Copywriting including Environmental Management Systems, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy, Missions Statements, etc., BCorp Announcement Strategies, Future Improvement/Re-certification Strategy, and additional ESG Framework Strategy
What is the timeline to become a Certified BCorp?
We want to cut your BCorp certification timeline in half. Companies who approach BCorp certification independently come up against their internal priorities and deadlines. They come up to hurdles and find themselves unprepared for the next step in the certification. Because of our passion and experience with the BCorp certification, we will stay ahead of you to keep you on track. While each business is different, we aim to cut the entire journey from initial call to official certification from 24 to 12 months. We provide specific value to each project which we determine through our initial discovery phase. We sit down with you to fully understand your needs and scope. While each project is unique, we find that typically revenue is the singular most influential factor for the complexity of your certification, and we base our lump sum pricing on a scale accordingly.
