When you chose to work with our team, you will receive a hands-on approach addressing your current structure and processes. Once we walk through your current practices and operations, we develop a strategy to implement the necessary steps to affect the required organizational changes.

Discovery
Our team examines your current organizational practices to understand your business inside and out. In these meetings, we identify your business goals, areas where you would like to improve and learn why a B-Corp Certification is right for your business.

Strategy Development
We tailor our approach based on the specific needs of your business.

Findings
No one project will look like the next, and we know take the time to present a customized roadmap in order to adopt organizational changes which you can present to your leadership team.

Implementation
Our team works closely with your leadership team in your organization to implement the necessary changes. We complete your sustainability assessments side by side, and ramp up our efforts to package together the best representation or your business.

Complete the Application
Once the necessary organizational changes have been completed, our team will work with your leadership team to pull together the formal application to submit and track on your behalf. Once we have completed the review and approval process, it is time to ramp up the announcements and celebrate your achievement!

Continued Management
For clients who chose to retain our management services, we meet with your leadership periodically as needed to ensure everything with your sustainability assessment is up to date, you are making the necessary improvements outlined in your improvement matrix, and assist with the recertification process.

Co-Founder
With a professional background in Operations and Project Management, Clay takes his practical use of the kaizen approach of continual improvement to enhance business's impact on their themselves, their community, and environment. His 20 year of exploration and stewardship of the outdoors now translates to a passion to make outdoor industry brands more sustainable and good for business. When he is not consulting, you can find Clay around the world backpacking, climbing, fly fishing, and getting stoked for the next adventure with his wife Hannah and rescue dog Ender.
Will Totten
Co-Founder
After more than a decade in financial planning, Will grew more frustrated with the lack of importance placed on the sustainable efforts of businesses. While obtaining his Master's degree, Will founded multiple companies focusing on service within the outdoor industry and consumer products space. His passion for the B-corp comes from seeing the operational benefits of companies that look internally to ensure their business model supports all stakeholders. He spends his free time with his family in Charleston, enjoying the beaches and awesome food with his family.
